1. Introduction

CamCard Business will boost companies' work productivity by cutting data-entry time and optimizing team collaboration. This guide is a quick overview to help your company get up running with CamCard Business in a few minutes, and get to know the management features of admins.

2. Permissions

2.1 Private CardHolder

User's cards in CamCard app will be kept in Private CardHolder and visible to the user only. But when the user creates a new card in CamCard Business, the card will be copied to Company CardHolder automatically. The Private CardHolder belongs to each user and isn't available to the administrator or his/her superior. But the user can copy the cards to Company CardHolder as needed.

2.2 Admin

As an administrator, you can view all the business cards in Company CardHolder, as well as edit and delete them.

2.3 Hierarchy

The administrator can assign a superior to each employee. The superior can view, edit and delete the cards created by his/her subordinate.

2.4 Sharing

The employee can share the business cards in Company CardHolder to other employee as needed. The shared cards couldn't be edit or delete.

2.5 Share Cards Company-wide

If the administrator turn on the settings, all the users within your business account could view and search the all the cards in Company CardHolder.

3. Getting Started

You can get up and running with CamCard Business in four three steps

3.1 Create a new CamCard Business for your company

Please visit the official website for CamCard Business and click Getting Started to create a new account for your company.

You will see the webpage below:

3.1.1 I am an existing user

If you are already an existing user, please click on the link Use CamCard Account to create below. Follow the instructions on the webpage to enter your account name, password, company name and your name to complete account creation.Your account is set as admin role. You can use the account to sign in to CamCard personal app as well as CamCard Business. You original name cards will be saved under your Private folder. If needed, you can copy them into Company folder.

3.1.2 I am a new CamCard user

If you have not signed up with CamCard, please follow the instruction to create an account. Once you activate your account via the email we send to you, your registration is completed. Your account will be the admin of your company in CamCard Business

3.2 Invite users

As the admin, you will need to invite your colleagues to join CamCard Business to help you better manage customers' name cards. Please sign in to CamCard Business's web app, click on "Invite Colleagues".

Enter your colleague's email to send the invitation.

3.3 Manage user permission

After your colleagues join, you have the right to assign a superior to each of them or set them up as admin. However, before you do so, please read CamCard' instructions on user permissions.

To set user permission and access, please sign in to CamCard Business web app and click on Set as Inactive in the upper right corner.

4. Admin Console

4.1 Sharing Settings

User's cards in CamCard app will be kept in Private CardHolder and visible to the user only. But when the user creates a new card in CamCard Business, the card will be copied to Company CardHolder automatically. The Private CardHolder belongs to each user and isn't available to the administrator or his/her superior. But the user can copy the cards to Company CardHolder as needed.

4.2 Manage Users

As an administrator, you can view all the business cards in Company CardHolder, as well as edit and delete them.

4.2.1 Active Users

You can change user permission here, which includes

- Assign superiors for employees

- Set up users as administrator

- Allow export of cards

- Inactivate users

If the "Export" function is disabled, the user cannot export data as Excel fileOnce you set a user to "Inactivate", he or she will not be able to sign in to CamCard Business and have access to any data in the company's folders. However, the users can still use CamCard and have access to their private data.

Other active users can continue to view and use name cards created by inactive users.

4.2.2 Inactive Users

You can view the list of inactive users and set successors to them here.

Successors have access to the inactive user's name cards.

Please kindly note, the successor cannot be changed once it's active.

4.2.3 Invited Users

You can view the list of users who received your invitations, but have not joined yet, and send invitations to them again here.

4.3 Recycle Bin

Cards in Company CardHolder, once deleted, will go to the Recycle Bin.

Administrators may either restore them or permanently delete them.

4.4 CRM Settings

If your company has already been using Salesforce or SugarCRM, you can use this feature to save your leads to the CRM system.

Step 1: Select a CRM system

If you are using SugarCRM, please enter your server address, username and password to complete the configuration.

Step 2: Choose "Export to CRM" in the Tool Box and enter login information to export cards in the company's folders to the CRM.

*Please note, every time a user choose to export to CRM, new cards will be saved and existing name cards will be updated. Please be noted that unless users click on "Export to CRM", the action will not be automatically executed.

4.5 Company Tags

Administrators can add or remove company tags here. All users under the company account will have access to the list of tags.
